Point to Point Co-ordination Program

We provide the following services:

  • Coordinated support for participants in the prevention and early intervention of contact with the justice system
  • Provide support to participants while they are at court to ensure they understand processes, responsibilities and outcomes
  • Encourage participants to engage in support services and programs in a meaningful and constructive way
  • Support access to services for participants by making referrals, booking and attending appointments and providing transport
  • Contribute to the participants ongoing self care, independence and development

 

Eligibility:

  • Aged between 10-24
  • At risk of entering or already in contact with the justice system
  • Supported by a responsible adult who has agreed to assist them in the program
  • Living in Katherine town, Binjari, Rockhole, Geyulkgan Ngurro (Walpiri Camp) and Jodetluk (Gorge Camp)
  • Willing to give informed consent to engage and participate in the program
