Point to Point Co-ordination Program
We provide the following services:
- Coordinated support for participants in the prevention and early intervention of contact with the justice system
- Provide support to participants while they are at court to ensure they understand processes, responsibilities and outcomes
- Encourage participants to engage in support services and programs in a meaningful and constructive way
- Support access to services for participants by making referrals, booking and attending appointments and providing transport
- Contribute to the participants ongoing self care, independence and development
Eligibility:
- Aged between 10-24
- At risk of entering or already in contact with the justice system
- Supported by a responsible adult who has agreed to assist them in the program
- Living in Katherine town, Binjari, Rockhole, Geyulkgan Ngurro (Walpiri Camp) and Jodetluk (Gorge Camp)
- Willing to give informed consent to engage and participate in the program
